About this campground
Selected as this site hidden in the heart of Southern Burgundy is probably one of the smallest 3 star sites in France and enjoys a unique position in the rolling estate and vineyard of a magnificent, imposing château. The present building, partly constructed in the 17th century and finished in the mid 19th century has a long and interesting history. It is still occupied by three generations of the same family and Jean-Michel one of the site owners is passionate about his heritage and regularly gives talks about the castle's history. He also organises grape picking weeks in September to make organic wine. Access to the site is along narrow roads so it is not recommended for large outfits.
