The farm is in a secluded location. The Handewitter forest can be reached in 3 km, as well as the place Handewitt with shopping possibilities in 4 km. The beautiful forest town Flensburg can be reached in 12 km. Flensburg and surroundings offer plenty of space for extended hikes, bike tours and water sports activities. With 300 km of coastal landscape the Flensburg Förde offers countless beaches in various variations.

The border to Denmark is located about 12 km away from the farm, because the Danish coastal landscape attracts with its very own beauty: picturesque hilly landscape and beautiful bays invite us to relax hours. Via a forest hiking path in water life is a walk over the border Schusterkate to Kollund. The Treee invites you to canoe trips and is reachable in 20min. The Sankelmarker lake can be reached in Oeversee 12 km.
