About this campground
Forest Park Campground is situated 34 miles from the north end of Greys River Road in the Bridger-Teton National Forest, shaded beneath a canopy of tall pines. The campground features 13 first-come, first-served campsites arranged in a large loop, each with a table and fire pit. Vault toilets are conveniently located at both ends of the loop, and all sites share a hand pump for water access. The campground accommodates trailers up to 30 feet long and enforces a 14-day stay limit with a maximum of 2 vehicles per site. Located in a remote area with light usage, the campground provides an excellent base for exploring the surrounding Greys River corridor.

The area features numerous trails and forest roads well-suited for hiking, side-by-side trail vehicles, and other recreational pursuits. Access to the campground requires a scenic 35-mile drive from Alpine, taking approximately 57 minutes on gravel forest roads. The remote location and seasonal operation make this an ideal destination for those seeking solitude in Wyoming's backcountry.
