Outside, there is a Finnish four-person barrel sauna, horseshoe pitch, two mountain bikes, a charcoal grill, lantern, and firewood—the perfect vacation rental with access to the Coconino National Forest. There is no telephone, cable/satellite, or internet service. The cabin does have cellular and 5G data reception, a 32-inch LED HDTV, a Blu-ray DVD player, board games, books, and local travel magazines. The hosts use a professional cleaning service to prepare the cabin prior to arrival implementing CDC enhanced cleaning and disinfection protocols. They are committed to a Living Wage Pledge and a portion of the homestay fee helps support Flagstaff Family Food Center, Food Bank and Kitchen as well as the Open Homes program. There is also ample parking for a large RV or trailer.
