## General Information, Conditions and Regulations **1. The emailed receipt you receive when your reservation is confirmed *must be presented *as proof of your reservation and payment**. Failure to present this receipt to park staff upon arrival or when requested will result in immediate eviction from the Recreation Site.** 2. Site cancellations will be accepted up to 5 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. A $ 45.00 non-refundable fee per site applies. If such circumstances occur, please contact the Etters Beach Recreation Site administration office at 306-963-2532 or [email protected]. Site modifications to a reservation may be made. A non-refundable fee of $15 per site applies to any changes to a reservation where the number of days remains the same. A reduction in the number of days in a reservation is considered a cancellation. 3. Check out time - 12:00 noon : Check in time - 2:00pm **Currently, our water system is non-potable so we encourage campers to bring supply of drinking water. Drinking water is available for purchase at the village store or by calling 306-963-7744 daytime.** We currently provide firewood sales for campfire purposes. Arrangements for the purchase of firewood can be made by calling our maintenance personnel at 306-963-7744. Firewood IS NOT available during fire bans. 4. ATVs are NOT allowed in the campground. 5. Campers shall maintain the camping site and camping unit in an acceptable condition. 6. Only one (1) camping unit (tent, tent trailer, camper, camper-truck/van or motorhome) is allowed per camp site. Mobile homes and bunkhouse-type trailers are not allowed. All units/sizes must be maintained so as not to detract from the park settings. Due to campsite size, length restrictions may apply. All units/ equipment must be maintained within the site. 7. One small tent per single site for accommodating dependent children and one screened tent for meal purposes is allowed, providing the size of the camp site is sufficient. No other structures or site alterations are permitted. 8. Grey water/sewage must be contained and disposed of at disposal sites. Disposal of grey water/sewage on the ground is prohibited. 9. All garbage must be disposed of in the large red waste bins located at the Recreation Site. No garbage shall be allowed to be left at any camp site. 10. Fires are allowed in provided fire pits/barbeques. Propane or other non-wood burning portable barbeques are acceptable for cooking purposes. 11. Removable ground level landings to a maximum of 80 square feet (7.43 square metres) will be allowed. 12. The use of generators may be allowed in the Recreation Site with special permission. 13. Any combination of tarps used as awnings make not exceed 400 square feet (37.16 metres square). Tarps cannot be used vertically. 14. All camping units and vehicles, excluding tents and truck campers, must be legally registered and display a current, valid license plates while on Recreation Site lands. 15. All vehicles must be kept on roadways and parking lots. Only two (2) vehicles are allowed at each camping site at any time. One (1) watercraft per site is allowed. Visitors are to park their vehicles in designated parking areas. 16. Pets must be kept leashed and attended at all times. Pet owners must ensure that all pet litter is cleaned up. Please be considerate of your neighbors. ****No Pets are permitted on public beach areas.**** 17. Alcoholic beverages may be consumed in the camper's camping unit or on their assigned site in accordance with section 108(1) of The Alcohol and Gaming Regulations Act. 18. The camper, their family and guests shall comply at all times with all camping conditions and regulations. The camper is responsible for the conduct and behavior of their family and guests. Rowdiness or excessive noise is not permitted at any time. 19. Failure to comply with the above conditions may result in eviction. 20. All Golf carts require a Permit. Contact the administration office.

Water system is NOT POTABLE - patrons must supply their own drinking water! Wood cannot be brought into the campground from outside!
