One Comment on “El Vado Lake State Park” Adrian says: Jul 31 2018 at 9:17 am Was looking to get away for the city for a while I went July 27 through the 29th. Two weeks before I went I went on Google and saw that the leak was really low I called the Ranger and told him that I wanted to go swimming he move my campsite and there is just no way I would ever get into that water it was so low that There were a bunch of flies and it stunk. I’m sure at one point this was probably the nicest leak in New Mexico but I would recommend not going anytime soon until it fills up!
