About this campground
The winery Hanewald-Schwerdt is located in Leistadt, a district about 3 km north of Bad Dürkheim. We offer a spacious and quiet meadow next to the nature reserve "Haardtrand – In der Rüstergewann" with several departure times. Our winery is the ideal starting point for excursions, either hiking, mountain biking or cycling. The Palatinate Forest starts at about 200 meters behind the winery. Wine lovers will find here an endless range of options: you can buy a bottle of cold wine and there are guided tours and wine tastings on request. You can also taste our wines spontaneously in our tasting room during our opening hours.

Pets are allowed, but keep in mind that dogs must carry a leash for nature conservation reasons. Since the campsite is located at the edge of the bird sanctuary "Haardtrand", it is forbidden to put up high music. The breakfast panecillos are available from 9:00 am in the organic bakery Joujou campsite or in the neighboring town of Weisenheim am Berg, 2.5 km away. From Thursday to Sunday, the Joujodung and the bakery are available.
