Bedding, towels, etc are all provided. Hot water by Calor gas. Heating by wood-burning stove and supplementary electric heaters. All electricity other than lights is on a pre-pay meter. Clothes may be washed in the machine in the wash house and hung on the line in the garden (there is a charge of £2.50 per wash). A chemical toilet disposal point and a wash house with WC are available to campers.Unlike some sites, when we cut the grass we gather it up as well as possible so as to minimise it being trampled into your caravan. We are caravanners ourselves, and know the problems! We have the use of another 1/2 acre of land for larger gatherings, rallies, etc.Camp fires and instant barbecues To ensure that the grass stays as good as possible, we cannot allow the use of any camp fires or instant barbecues.
