Eagle Creek Regional Park

## Eagle Creek Regional Park Rules No one under the age of 19 is allowed to camp alone. A parent or legal guardian that is staying with the minors must be on the campsite or within the park at all times. 1.Every vehicle that enters the park must have a regional park pass. These passes must be displayed in clear view for park attendants to see. Passes must be shown at gate office upon entry into park every time. 2. Quiet time is from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am. 3. Check-in time is 2:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00 pm 4. Speed limit is 20 km through most areas of the park, and 15 km through camping areas. Please drive slowly and safely, obeying all signage. 5. No open fires allowed anywhere on park property; please use the fire pits provided. 6. No cutting of trees or shrubs; wood can be purchased at the office for $10 a bundle - 3 bundles for $25 7. Pets are permitted, but must be on a leash. Please clean up after your pet. 8. Please try to keep vehicles off roadways. 9. This park has attendants supervising daily; please report any problems to them during your stay. 10. Please use garbage cans and recycle bins provided. 11. Absolutely no FIREWORKS are allowed on park property. 12. Pets are not permitted on the beach 13. Fishing is prohibited around the swimming area. You are not allowed to fish within 100 meters on either side of the bridge. 14. The park reserves the right to refuse service or evict customers who do not follow the rules and regulations of the park and golf course. Our terms are payment in full at the time of reservation ## Cancellation Policies Campers cancelling a reservation will be charged a **1-night** cancellation fee. **No Refunds for Jamboree Weekend** *Reservation of 1 night* - Require 48 hours' notice prior to check-in time for a full refund MINUS 1-night cancellation fee - Less than 48 hours notice prior to check-in time, you will be charged a 1-night cancellation fee *Reservation of 2-6 nights* - Require 48 hours notice prior to check in time for full refund MINUS 1-night cancellation fee - Less than 48 hours notice prior to check in time, refund 50% of your camping reservation *Reservation of 7-13 nights* - Require 72 hours notice prior to check in time for full refund MINUS 1-night cancellation fee - Less than 72 hours notice prior to check in time, refund 50% of your camping reservation *Reservation of 14-30 nights* - Requires 2 week notice prior to check in time for full refund MINUS 1-night cancellation fee - Less than a week notice prior to check in time, refund 50% of your camping reservation -Our overflow camping at Hall, Church, and Ball Diamonds is for Jamboree Weekend ONLY. Please do not book these sites any other time throughout the year as you will be moved into a site in the campground.
