Across the road from the camping area, two covered picnic sites offer additional day-use opportunities. The location provides easy access to Six Mile Day Use Area and various hiking trails in the surrounding area. Situated approximately 6 miles from Selma, Oregon via Illinois River Road (Forest Road 4301), the campground serves as a base for exploring the Wild and Scenic Illinois River corridor. The maximum stay limit is 14 days, with quiet hours enforced between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. Campfires are permitted in developed fire pits only, and pets must be kept on leash.
