The campground is equipped with a large concrete boat launch with a courtesy dock, as well as day-use and overnight dock slips available on a first-come, first-served basis. The A loop and tent area sites include fire rings with grill grates and picnic tables. Every campsite offers views of the lake and mountains, and the campground features poplar and green ash trees that provide shade during summer. The site is set in a shrub-steppe landscape of sagebrush and bunch grasses, surrounded by sparsely wooded hills. Potable water is available throughout the campground via accessible hydrants with pull-up pumps, and garbage dumpsters are provided. The campground offers excellent opportunities for boating (motorized and non-motorized), fishing, water skiing, hiking, wildlife viewing, bird watching, and scenic photography.
