Bingham Springs Campground is a tiny, rustic campground located in the northwestern portion of Ochoco National Forest, adjacent to a peaceful meadow and small pond. The campground shares its site with the Twin Pillars North Trailhead, which provides direct access into the Mill Creek Wilderness, making it an ideal base camp for wilderness exploration and backcountry hiking. The campground is bordered by ponderosa and lodgepole pines, creating a scenic forested setting that opens up to meadow views. The open meadow makes for gorgeous stargazing on clear nights.

This is a very rustic, undeveloped site with minimal facilities, catering to self-sufficient campers who appreciate solitude and a primitive camping experience. Reached via Forest Service Road 27, the campground sits approximately 23.5 miles north of Prineville. The free campground operates on a first-come, first-served basis with a 14-day stay limit. Campers must bring their own water and be prepared to pack out all trash, as no services are provided beyond vault toilets and picnic tables.
