About this campground
Overview We are a small family-run business with a CS on our working croft. We love the crofting life and our beautiful surroundings and want to be able to share that with our guests. Directly accessible from the A9/NC 500 Route via our farm road, we aim to be a hideaway, peaceful spot in a lovely natural setting. Perfect for those who like to relax and enjoy the fantastic views over our croft land to the Dornoch Firth. Our location is ideal for a short break or stopover while touring the NC 500 route, exploring the Northern Highlands or en route to Orkney. All pitches are fully serviced, having electric hook ups, hardstanding and grass areas, drinking water taps and grey water emptying.

The site has a toilet & shower and laundry room with washing machine & dryer. We are only 3 miles from Dornoch (but no direct pedestrian access other than via the A9). Pub and cafe within 1 mile on A9. Close to the beautiful Dornoch and Embo beaches, Royal Dornoch and Tain golf clubs, Dornoch Cathedral, Loch Fleet nature reserve and Dunrobin Castle. This is a Certificated Site (CS). These select sites are small, privately run campsites that operate under the Club’s jurisdiction and can only accommodate up to 5 caravans or motorhomes and up to 10 trailer tents or tents*, unless express permission has been given by the Club to accommodate more. They range from secluded Hideaways to fully facilitated family-friendly sites, and are often found in locations where larger commercial sites are prohibited so you could be camping close to a beach or in the National Park, for example. *Tents are not permitted on some CS sites in Scotland. 1 acre, level/gentle slope.
