Grounds enclosed by fencing. Closed by a wire mesh gate. Independent land. The owner's house is very close by, where it will be possible to fill up with water and dispose of waste water. Village with brewery and bakery. Mobile butcher on Saturday mornings. Land close to a few houses. Access by road then white path for 50m. Close to the Tille and the Saône for fishing or sailing. 1km from the Les Maillys equestrian center. 10 km from Auxonne or St Jean de Losne, towns with all shops. Auxonne, a Napoleonic, tourist town.
