**Fees ** Fees are due and payable in advance. Camping fees are due upon occupation of a campsite. If you plan to remain in your site, fees are due by 11:00 a.m. Fees can be paid at the park office (north end of building) or Town Office. **Check-Out Time ** Check-out time is 1:00 p.m. Please respect the check-out time and the next incoming camper. **Campsite** Please keep your campsite looking neat. An additional tent (for dependent children) or a kitchen tent may be set up for use by the campers registered in that site. A maximum of 2 units (1 RV/trailer/tent, and 1 kitchen/tent) will be allowed per site. **Firewood ** Firewood may be available from the park employees upon request. If you leave a note and money in deposit slot, wood will be delivered to your site. If you require firewood phone 306-903-8088. Park employees are unavailable outside the hours of 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Outside firewood is not allowed in the park. Do not chop, cut, or carve park trees. **Picnic Tables ** One picnic table is available per site. During the rest of the day, be respectful of fellow campers, by keeping noise and music to a reasonable level. ** Pets ** Owners are responsible for their pets at all times. Pets cannot be left unattended at any time. Pets must be on a leash when not inside your camping unit. All pet litter must be cleaned up immediately. Noisy pets will not comply with these rules. Campers will be asked to remove their pets or leave the park without refund. **Garbage ** Please dispose of your garbage in the trash can provided at your site. Only household garbage should be placed in the cans. Broken furniture, grills, rugs, etc. are not considered household trash, and should leave with you. Do not leave garbage in the fire pit. Bottle recycle containers are present throughout campground. **Guests ** The number of persons allowed on a campsite cannot exceed 6 persons or one family unit (max. 8). **Parking ** Park in designated areas only. Do not park on the grass. Additional parking is available east of the campground area. **Changes to your reservation ** There are no refunds for inclement weather, late arrivals. Early departures for stays of one week or longer will be eligible for a refund if notice is given at least three days in advance. Refund will be based on the price paid for the length of stay. (eg. Full hookup site that was booked for 28 days would have been charged $35 / night instead of the daily rate of $40 or $980. If the camper were to leave on the 25th day the rate for camping would $37.50 / day or $937.50 so eligible for a refund of $42.50 as long as notice is given three days in advance of their new departure date.) Bookings cannot be amended within 3 days of arrival. “No Shows” will not be refunded under any circumstances. If you wish to cancel your reservation and receive a refund, we require a notice of a minimum of 3 business days (with Noon being the starting time). All cancellations will be subject to a $5 service fee. There will be no exceptions, regardless of the circumstances. **Trout Pond is stocked with rainbow trout. Daily limit is 2 fish. Fisherman must have a valid Saskatchewan angler permit to fish at this pond. Fish fillet only at your own campsite and dispose of waste in garbage.
