The living room is centred around a freestanding wood stove, creating a cozy space to relax after a day of adventure. The retro-style kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals, and the cabin comfortably accommodates a small family or two couples. Sleeping Arrangements: Bedroom 1: Queen Bed Bedroom 2: Queen Bed Bathroom: Shower Stall Outside, guests can enjoy the shared yard and a propane BBQ located behind the cabin. Please note that the yard is not fenced, so guests travelling with dogs should plan accordingly. One of the greatest advantages of this location is its walkability. Stroll to restaurants, shops, entertainment venues, and the outdoor amphitheatre at Caesars Republic, which hosts concerts and events throughout the summer season. Additional Features: Mini-split air conditioning unit Propane BBQ Walking distance to major attractions Pet-friendly (yard not fenced) Please note that the front cabin on the property is occupied by the homeowner, while the rear cabin is reserved exclusively for guests. Important Information: City of South Lake Tahoe Permit #011312 Guests must comply with all local ordinances regarding noise, occupancy limits, and vehicle restrictions. A signed rental agreement is required for every reservation. The signing guest must be at least 25 years old, stay at the property during the reservation, and keep a copy of the signed agreement during their stay. Winter Travel Advisory: Tahoe winters can bring snow-covered roads, chain controls, road closures, and delays in snow removal. Four-wheel drive and/or four chains are strongly recommended. Low-clearance vehicles may encounter difficulties during winter storms. The Tahoe area also experiences occasional power outages during severe snow, wind, or rain events. Lanterns are provided for guest use; however, guests may wish to bring additional flashlights and batteries as a precaution.
