### Terms & Conditions: - No checkin after 8 pm without prior notice. PETS are not allowed in tiny houses or bathhouse. - Your campsite is to be kept clean at all times. - One vehicle per campsite (motorhome towing a vehicle is the exception). - Campers are responsible for the actions of any visitor they invite on the property. - Do not enter another campsite or use it as a cut-through when walking. - Do not share the bath house or laundromat keypad code with anyone. Codes are assigned to individuals. If damages occur, the person whose code is used will be responsible for said damages. - Quiet hours are observed between the hours of 10 pm and 7 am. - The campground speed limit is 5 mph. - Crystal Ridge Lane speed limit is 15 mph. - Pets in the campground may not be left unattended at any time. - Pets in the campground must always be on a leash with the leash controlling the pet. - Aggressive pets and/or incessant barking will result in eviction. No refund. - Guests will clean up waste left by their pet. - Theft of property of any kind will result in police being called and eviction. No refund given. - Destruction of property will result in immediate eviction. No refund given. - Cleaning crystals is only allowed at the campground crystal cleaning station. Do not wash crystals in the bath house or your campsite. Do not dig for crystals in or around the campground. - The crystal washing station is for paid campground guests only. No exceptions. - No washing your vehicle in the campsite or anywhere on the property. - No dying of hair is allowed in the bath house. - Children 12 years and under must be accompanied by a parent when entering the bathhouse or laundry. - An additional day will be charged if you do not checkout on time. - Extending your stay is at the sole discretion of the campground host. - Unlawful behavior will result in immediate eviction without refund. - Harassment of any kind will result in immediate eviction without refund. - Public intoxication by guests and/or their visitors will result in immediate eviction without refund. - No access is allowed to the mine before or after business hours. - Smoking is not allowed inside any building. - No refund is given in the event of eviction. - Belligerent behavior toward the camp host is not tolerated. - No pets are allowed in any tiny property. - No smoking inside any tiny property. - The areas noted as “Private Property” are not owned by Crystal Ridge RV Park. Do not enter those areas. - Doing so will result in immediate eviction without refund. - The pond near the campground is private property. Do not enter the property or the pond. - Campsites that are available for tent camping will accommodate two small tents. Do not encroach on another campsite. - No solicitation is allowed. By agreeing to the terms and conditions, I understand clearly and agree that the staff of Ron Coleman Mining, Inc and Crystal Ridge RV Park have authority to evict anyone from the premises as they deem fit. I have read and agree to abide by the rules. I understand and agree that Ron Coleman Mining, Inc, Crystal Ridge RV Park, its representatives/employees are not responsible for any damage to personal property. I understand and agree that Ron Coleman Mining, Inc, Crystal Ridge RV Park and its employees are not responsible for accidents or injuries to persons or pets.
