Hang out in the holler here, a beautiful tiny home situated in a private lot in the Retreat at Deer Lick Falls. Listen to the babbling brook that trickles through the backyard. It is hidden deep in the trees and comes with a private porch. The area comes with a fire pit with chairs and grill. The Retreat at Deer Lick Falls is a gated tiny home community in southeast Tennessee. The community is only 15 minutes from the University of the South in Sewanee. It is also a short drive from Nashville, Chattanooga, and a couple hours from Atlanta.

Located atop Monteagle Mountain halfway between Chattanooga and Nashville, Monteagle is the gateway to the outdoor adventure within South Cumberland State Park ( 3 minutes away). Monteagle is part of a unique cultural history that developed along the Cumberland Plateau in the late 19th century that is still being celebrated today. The community is equipped with fire pits, walking trails, water falls, playground, camp like setting with all the amenities. W/D, kitchen, bunk beds, loft, private bath, cozy fireplace and private master bedroom. Tons to do: Hiking, golf, green trails and mountain biking all in the surrounding area. We are devoted to providing an unforgettable experience for our guests with a touch of distinctly, local hospitality.
