## Reservation Cancellation and Refund Policy If you cancel your reservation within 2 or more days prior to your arrival date, you will receive a full refund minus the set reservation fee. If you cancel with less than 2 days notice prior to your arrival date, no refund will be awarded. We reserve the right to refund reservations that were cancelled due to extraneous circumstances, such as public health orders or natural disasters. Refunds will not be granted due to inclement weather, wildlife, air quality, fire bans, or other inconveniences. ## Change Policy If you make changes to your reservation and shorten your stay, if 2 or more days notice is given before your arrival, you will receive a full refund for the nights you are cancelling. If you shorten your stay and less than 2 days notice is given, you will get a refund for any nights after the 2 days. If your reservation was created or edited by the campground you are staying at, and they override your total, you will not be able to edit your reservation. In this instance, please contact the campground to change your reservation.
