The dining and living area are combined and include the sofa, an antique tea table and chairs, and a medium-size High Definition Smart television with free Amazon TV and Netflix, providing thousands of TV programs and movies. Outside, guests have access to shared grills, fire pits, and barbecue smokers and can relax and enjoy their meals either on their little porch or picnic tables. The property has so many shared amenities so guests can make the most of the outdoors, as well as enjoy a rainy day. Fire pits, grills, barbecue smokers, an outdoor, fully equipped "Cowboy Kitchen" complete with state of the art grill, dockside tables, and chairs, as well as picnic tables are available for cooking and dining in true Texas Hill Country style. Parking is available right by the cabin. BBQ pits and grills (both gas and charcoal) plus picnic tables on the lawn, in the woods, on porches and decks make for lovely outdoor dining and since Vicky is a gourmet chef, just about anything guests need to cook with is available—just ask!
