**Cancellation Policy** Cancellations up to 24 hours before check in will be refunded less booking fees and credit card fees. For cancellations with less than 24 hours, there will be a minimum of 1 night’s charge. No refunds for “no shows.” **Booking Policy** Guests can view our availability and book a campsite via the link below, or email us to make a reservation. To confirm your booking, we will charge your credit card for the full amount of the stay. **Credit Card Policy** Upon check in, the cardholder of the credit card used to book must be present and provide valid, government-issued photo ID. If the cardholder cannot be present upon check in, authorization arrangements will need to be made by calling our head office before the arrival date. **Minimum Stay Policy** No minimum stay requirements for campsites. We require a two-night stay minimum stay in our trailer rentals. **Check-in/Check-out policy** To ensure that our staff have plenty of time to perform a thorough clean of our rental trailers and campsites, we have a firm check out time of 11:00 AM and a firm check in time of 3:00 PM. **Guest Policy** While we appreciate and understand the desire to have guests stay on your campsite who are not registered guests of the campground, we respectfully ask that you limit your party to those listed on your reservation. Guests are permitted at the discretion of management and additional fees of $5 per person for day visitors or $10 per person for overnight guests will be required. **Campfire Policy** Each campsite has an open fire pit available for use. We ask that our guests use discretion and keep safety in mind when enjoying their campfires. Our campground follows the direction of the province of New Brunswick. If you are unsure of current fire watch then ask us or consult with the Government of New Brunswick Forest Fire Watch webpage. **Campground Rules** - For the safety of our children, the speed limit is 5 MPH at all times - Children must be supervised at all times including when at the playground, pool or recreation centre. - Anyone under the age of 19 in the pool area must be directly supervised by an adult. The rules for behavior in the pool are clearly posted and are expected to be followed. In season, the pool is open from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm. There is an adult only swim from 7:00-9:00 pm. - Dogs must be on a leash and under control at all times. Please “scoop the poop” and thanks for not leaving your dog unattended. Be mindful of excessive barking and how it effects your fellow campers. - Alcoholic beverages off campsite must be in a cozy or plastic cup. - Quiet time starts at 11:00 pm so please turn off your music and if outside keep your voice down to respect those campers around you. - Check-out time is at 11am. Check-in time is at 3pm. - RV washing is not permitted. - Sites are to be kept clean and tidy. Please use garbage and recycling bins located next to office. - Do not put anything except 1-ply toilet paper in the toilets. Absolutely no garbage or other materials down the sewer. We are on a septic system. This includes disposable diapers, wipes, sanitary napkins or like-products. 1-ply toilet paper is available for purchase at the campground store. - No smoking in any of the campground buildings.
