Cody Trout Ranch Camp - RV, Tipi, and Sheep Wagon Camping

CHECK IN time is from 2 pm - 8pm. Please plan accordingly, or contact us if you will be arriving after our regular business hours. The details of the reservation are below, as well as any charges and/or deposits to your account. RV reservations, your credit card will be pre-authorized prior to your stay for nights reserved. You will be charged upon your arrival. For any reason you need to CANCEL please call 48 HOURS PRIOR to your stay. Cancellations after the 48 hours will still be charged in full. Tipi reservations are charged when the reservation is made. Tipi cancellations need to be cancelled 14 DAYS prior to your stay to recieve a full refund. Cancellations after the 14 day policy will NOT be refunded for any reason. IN ACCORDANCE TO CANCELLATION POLICY THE RATE WILL BE CHARGED IN FULL, OR WILL BE NONREFUNDABLE IF THESE CANCELLATION GUIDLINES ARE NOT MET. If you have a discount card or qualify for a discount please present your card and/or ID prior to or upon check-in. No retroactive discounts will be honored. Please contact us as soon as possible if any corrections are necessary. We look forward to your stay! NOTICE: This property is privately owned. The camper accepts camping privileges with the understanding that I hereby fully waive and release the Campground, its officers and employees of all liability for loss or damage to property and injury to his person arising out of his use of its camping facilities, and agrees to indemnify the Campground, its officers and employees from all claims for personal injury, property damage, or death that may result from my, and/or my minor children as parent or legal guardian or any member of the family or guest of the registered camper arising out of the use of its camping facilities while on the property. Please be advised that swimming is strictly prohibited anywhere on our premises and the Campground is not responsible for anyone falling in the river and understands and accepts there is an inherent risk while camping by the river and/or fishing. Customer agrees that any unpaid balance is subject to interest at a rate of one and one-half percent (1.5%) per month; and Customer agrees to be responsible to pay all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney's fees, incurred by Cody Trout Ranch Camp in enforcing its rights hereunder, or in collecting any unpaid principal or interest balances.
