## Refund Policy Cancellations of cabins and campsites will be accepted with 7 days before date of arrival notice for a full refund, minus the cancellation fee. Cancellations of cabins and campsites under 7 days notice before arrival will not be refunded. No refund will be allowed for any reservation over long weekends. Refunds are NOT given for an eviction, vacating your site early, inclement weather, wildlife, insects, water quality, air quality, fire bans, liquor cans, car trouble, etc. ## Park User Code of Conduct Our Park mission is to operate Clearwater Lake Regional Park in a professional manner while maintaining the safety of our staff and patrons. All park users and staff are expected to be considerate, to respect other people, and to show proper care and regard for our property and the property of others. Our Park will not tolerate, ignore, or condone discrimination or harassment and we are committed to promoting respectful conduct, tolerance and diversity. The following rules for behavior are in place for our park: - Respect and obey all posted signage for rules, regulations and protocols. - Abusive language or conduct is not permitted. If you have a complaint, or suggestion in regards to our services or staff, you may complete a park user feedback form (available at the main office), or contact any board member to discuss your concerns. You may not raise your voice with our staff or other visitors, yell, use profane or abusive language, or threaten them in any way. - Incidents of physical violence or the threat of physical violence will be reported immediately to the RCMP. - Our Park will investigate all reports of workplace harassment, assault, and sexual harassment. Unwanted sexual advances, comment, or lewd suggestions towards our staff will not be tolerated. Any persons exhibiting these behaviors will be asked to leave our Park immediately or the RCMP will be called to escort you out. Violations of the code of conduct that do not constitute a threat to the safety of others, their property, or Park property will result in some or all of the following actions. 1. Verbal Warning. 2. Written Warning. 3. Ban from the Property. A violation that constitutes an immediate or implied threat to the health or safety of others, their property, or Park property will result in an immediate ban from the property and potential legal charges. By signing below you are agreeing to the Code of Conduct and agreeing to abide by all Park protocols. You are also acknowledging that any public interaction, such as recreational use of our Park may increase your risk of contracting COVID-19. The Park assumes no responsibility for any transmission of the virus, and warns all Park users to use this space at their own risk. Any damages to their property, injury to their person, or other incidents that may occur inside the park as a result of inclement weather, or acts of nature, are beyond the control of Clearwater Lake, and that Clearwater Lake will not be held responsible for any such incident. This Code applies to all Park users. If you have any questions about this code, please contact the office 306-375-2726.
