Castleton - Fields Farm

Our location is very popular with walkers as the immediate area offers a wide choice of both gentle valley-bottom walks and the more challenging routes onto the Losehill ridge, Mam Tor and over into the Edale Valley. There is access from the site straight onto footpaths leading to Hope, Castleton and beyond. Please contact the campsite directly if you have any questions about opening dates, facilities or additional measures at this campsite. This is a Certificated Site (CS). These select sites are small, privately run campsites that operate under the Club’s jurisdiction and can only accommodate up to 5 caravans or motorhomes and up to 10 trailer tents or tents, unless express permission has been given by the Club to accommodate more. They range from secluded Hideaways to fully facilitated family friendly sites, and are often found in locations where larger commercial sites are prohibited so you could be camping close to a beach or in the National Park, for example. Whilst the majority of Certificated Sites do permit children, please be aware that this site has chosen to be Adults Only. 1 acre, gentle slope. Bkg ess. Own san ess.
