Castledene Holiday Park "where every day is a Holiday".Castledene Holiday park is set in the ancient woodlands of Castle Eden Dene being only a short walk from the village of Castle Eden, with its beautiful " castle" and the renown golf club & inn of Castle Eden. This park really would suit those who want to get away from the hustle & bustle of the nearby larger towns as it’s more of woodland retreat.

The park itself is a quiet park, built to the highest standards with all plots on park having individual parking bays with piped gas, water, electric & sewage and with a large choice of static or lodge homes new or pre-owned to choose from.Whether you are looking for just the basics or top of the range luxury we have something to suit. With easy access to the A19 there is so much to do here for those who like the great outdoors, in fact we have the largest semi-natural woodland in the northeast of England with a pathway leading directly down to Denemouth Beach. The area around Castle Eden Dene has been designated an area of special scientific interest due to its richness in flora and fauna; having over 450 natural species of plants and a natural haven for local wildlife. This makes it a highly popular place for conservationists and walkers alike and the walkway from the park actually joins the Great Castle Eden walkway or alternatively why not use the pathway leading directly down to Denemouth Beach. For those that wish to explore further afield, Durham is renown for its luxury spas, museums including the famous Beamish Museum, Heritage Tours, golf courses, water sports, adventure sports and cycling to name but a few. From leisurely walks and learning about wildlife to adrenalin filled adventure sports it has it all.The park is only a short distance south of Newcastle & Sunderland while north of Middlesbrough and Darlington located near to the coast but just far enough tucked away in the sleepy village of Castle Eden to make this park County Durham's best kept secret hideaway.
