_Quinta da Caria — an organic farm near Portugal's Silver Coast surf_ Most overnight stops on the coast are a numbered space on gravel. This is a working organic farm that opens just a few private pitches at a time — so you arrive as a guest, not a number. Mornings mean coffee under the trees and, if you like, a box of organic vegetables picked that afternoon or fresh eggs for breakfast. Quiet enough to sleep deeply, unhurried enough to lose track of the day. Guests keep mentioning the sunsets and the clean shower — **we're rated 4.5**.
