Welcome to Olivier and Céline. We are located 10 minutes from downtown Le Mans. The plot is in a very quiet area and easily accessible. Lovely countryside views depending on location. We are in the countryside, not overlooked, quiet and sunny. The activities The 24-hour race circuit is 15 minutes away, hiking trails in Rouillon woods are 500 m away, Arrow Zoo and Spay Wakeboarding are 15 minutes away.
