The usable area of this lot is 80' parallel to the lake and about 50' from the lake. Some room for overflow in 30' just before entrance and south of lot is wooded and vacant with 10'+- wide trail. End of road with private access to vacated old hwy 65 for a nice walking trail to sandy, wide open point on the water, with wonderful view across entire north side of Big Sandy, north of McGregor MN The activities National golf course close by with first class restaurant inside lodge. Dress up or down the food is great. Other things The usable area of this lot is 80' parallel to the lake and about 50' from the lake.
