About this campground
You can use the washing machine for $4 a load. Laundry will have designated area to hang to dry. We rent our personal Beach Hut. Send email to inquire. Images with * = extra cost. Salinas Grandes beach is located 25km from Leon. It is a less frequented beach compared to it's sister beach Las Penitas. Because it is less frequented you feel as if you have the beach all to yourself. Both beaches are separated by the nature reserve called Isla Juan Venado. The beach of Salinas Grandes has great waves making it ideal for surfing and boogie boarding. The beach is also joined by the estuary making it ideal for kayaking, stand up paddle board (SUP), fishing and swimming.

Salinas Grandes has the best mangroves of the reserve ! The activities Primarily it is a great place to relax. You can enjoy swimming, kayaking, boogie boarding, surfing, SUPing or just sitting in the dip pool. Other things You can use the washing machine for $4 a load.
