Quiet one-hectare detached plot on the edge of a small forest, fenced with horse or bike sheds (hay available). 800 m from town, accessed by bicycle path: bakery, grocery store, bar-tobacco shop, restaurant, pharmacy, doctor's surgery. Nearby park for children's games. Central location close to various Loire castles, Beauval, Cher valley, Cher à vélo, Loire à vélo... I live nearby if needed. Quietly.
