The land of about 40m2, grassy is located on the side of our house, quiet in a small subdivision. Possibility of electric connection, running water. Shops nearby, departure of hikes, small shops nearby. Our village of Roussay is ideally located : Le Puy du Fou at 25 min, Atlantic Ocean at 1h, Saumur at 1h, Angers 30 min, Nantes 30 min, Cholet 10 min.... Quietly located in a small subdivision on the side of our house out of sight. Walks, fishing nearby, 2 steps from small shops The activities Hiking (pedestrian, mountain bike, canoe) in the immediate vicinity on the banks of the Moine or the Sèvre (no rental). Diving center in Roussay. Family mary (sale of honey).
