2000 m² plot of land 3 minutes from the Rennes-Brest axis, 5 minutes from the axis serving Vannes, Lorient.... 20 minutes from the beaches and 10 minutes from a commercial area. 2 towns with all amenities are also nearby. The site is however away from the road and quiet, a river whose very relaxing sound runs alongside the land and you can take pretty walks nearby in the woods or along the shore. A 3x10M petanque game is set up on site and you will also find a picnic table and two reels for eating your meals. There are no taps or toilets on site, so you must make your own arrangements.
