Magnificent land of 300 m2 just 1 km from the picturesque medieval village of La Pera, in the heart of the Baix Empordà. This flat and sunny land enjoys beautiful views and spectacular sunsets. The land has a beautiful small swimming pool to cool off, shared with the hosts. Ideal for autonomous motorhomes, the land does not have potable water or washbasin. It is located in an area with great charm, surrounded by medieval villages with a lot of history, idyllic beaches and coves, and beautiful landscapes.
