We absolutely "LOVE" the calm, quite, relaxing slow paced atmosphere in the Ozark Mountains year round! The four seasons... Winter's are mild with a few dustings of snow and occasional ice. None ever lasting too long. Sometimes mother nature offers a few surprises of her own! Spring comes alive with all of fresh new smells from the spring showers,, birds building their nests, eggs hatching and lots of chirping, and of course the deer grazing early morning in the yard! Summertime...Greers Ferry Lake boaters turn out in mass for the Marina Events, parties, festivals, shopping, bar-b-ques, swimming, hiking, four wheeling, restaurants and so much more! Fall - The Oak trees and other hardwoods start dropping their leaves and the Ozark Mountains all the while become a painting with rich fall colors! Amazing
