**Parcela only for vans and motorhomes, not individual shops** Hello We live in a very popular residential area, a few minutes from the beach. Safe space (common area with video surveillance). We live in a beautiful house of contemporary architecture, wood, on a beautiful plot, with a Zen environment and surrounded by a hundred bamboos coming from Anduze. We are a few minutes from the most beautiful beaches of Grau d'Agde and Cap d'Agde, close to all shops, with direct access and bike path to go to the beach. The place is ideal and very safe for a single person or a single parent family. *** Plot only for adapted vans and autonomous motorhomes.

We offer access to water and unlimited filling of your deposit for free. Possibility to access a power outlet to recharge your electric station (access to electricity with an additional cost). We live in the same place (very discreet). We also put at your disposal three studios to rent per night or week during the summer. We always loved camping. We had the opportunity to camp with local people and we loved the idea.
