Activities: Area services include Battle Lake, which is ideal for bird watching and canoeing, Twin Lakes for swimming and diving, and Pigeon Lake for general recreational activities, including Provincial Park beaches. The village of Pigeon Lake has a grocery store, a liquor store, a gas station and other services. Falun, 20 minutes east on Highway 13, has a Co-op gas station, a hardware store and some food items. Other aspects: There is a picnic table, some chairs and a campfire. No pets allowed. No parties please, guests are limited to 4 people in total. Mobile phone access is limited to 1-2 bars 3G or 4G for most providers. Please also respect that this is private property. There are hiking trails in the forest, however, camping activities are restricted to the campsite. There is also a very friendly dog.
