About this campground
On a large meadow in the Bavarian city of Würzburg between some trees directly on the banks of the Main river, the Canoe Club Würzburg e.V. has its club area with club house and camping area. On about 800 square meters the campsite offers six places for rent for guests with their own caravan or camper. About 20 permanent campers have set up their accommodation here in the long term. A Franconian inn, which is housed in the club building, offers the camping guests warm food. Directly next to it there is a small fitness room. Sporty highlights, which holidaymakers expect here, are of course boat tours by canoe or rowing boat.

The best excursion destination from the campsite of the KC Würzburg is the beautiful city center of the Franconian metropolis. The Würzburg Castle, the fortress Marienberg, the Alte Mainbrücke or the St.Kilians Dom are only some highlights of the traditional city, which is also known for its beautiful beer gardens and wine festivals.
