Zeltplatz Backerod

The Camping- und Zeltplatz Bäckeröd is located at the foot of the Sulzberg, not far from the town of Waidhaus. It is located within the recreation area of the same name on a park plot of about 4.5 hectares. The permanent parking spaces each have their own water, electricity and radio/TV connections. Toilets and showers as well as washing machine, dryer and dish puller are available in a spacious camping building. The leisure area Bäckeröd offers a water lake with a total of 3,000 m2 of water close to nature, which is fed from the forest springs of the Sulzberg. In addition, there is a hot pool for small children. Two water slides, one of them with a length of 62 meters, complete the bathing pleasure. Other facilities include an adventure playground, a small playground and a Bolzplatz. Badmintonfeld, table tennis, garden chess and a gate wall leave no boredom.
