Gently the property nestles on a slope below the forest between green meadows with old fruit trees (unspritzt) and the under lying Marktler bathing lake. A typical farmer garden and colorful blossoms adorn the farm passage through which one reaches the level square behind the farm. Sheep, chickens, cats... and a beautiful, new natural playground delight the children's hearts. Meanwhile parents in the Kneipp pool with herb garden can do something good.
