About this campground
Camping on the farm is offered by the Poschenrieder family in Herrnsaal near Kelheim. It offers a beautiful view of the nearby Danube from the extensive camping meadow. The sanitary facilities, which of course have a hot water connection, include toilets, showers and sinks as well as sinks. In the morning there is the possibility to take part in the breakfast, in which partly farm products are on the table. In addition, the owner family offers a drink service and you can take advantage of the delivery service of a nearby pizzeria. The next guest house is located 1.5 kilometers from the campsite.

The leisure facilities on the farm are mainly aimed at children: in addition to many animals, there is also a hay storage, a swing, a basketball basket and a trampoline. For adults, however, the surrounding area offers a wide range of leisure activities: hikers are happy to go on the Jura or Jakobsweg, while the Danube break provides an impressive backdrop for boat tours.
