Campingplatz zum Katzenstein is located on the edge of a forest near Westerburg in the Westerwald. The 2.1 ha site is easy to manage and sits directly on the Westerwaldsteig. The campsite is on a south-facing slope, providing plenty of sunlight and a great view over the nearby villages. It's 400 m above sea level. Just a short distance away, there's an open-air swimming pool, a riding stable, and a variety of leisure facilities, including winter sports. The Westerwald area is great for hiking, cycling, and cycle touring. The campsite is open all year round. We offer caravans for hire, furnished rooms, a kiosk, a playground, a bicycle workshop, and a gas bottle exchange. We also conduct gas tests for caravans and motorhomes.
