ProfileThe campsite "Waldbad Oberau", which has been awarded by the German Tourism Association, is located on the north-west edge of the Friedewald, an extensive forest area that stretches between Moritzburg and Weinböhla and belongs to the LSG "Friedenwald and Moritzburger Teichgebiet". It is located north of ...Weinböhla in the middle of forest and meadows and in the vicinity of other ponds. From the station Niederau of the line Leipzig - Riesa - Dresden is the place 2 km away. It has 30 camping pitches with electric connection and a modern, fully furnished bungalow with electric heating and TV. There are washing machines and dryers available. A restaurant on the site invites you to linger. The forest pool is a natural swimming pool with 9 000 m2 of water area It is open daily from 15 May to 15 September. For campers the entrance is free.
