About this campground
Camping Lauwerszee is located in the peaceful village of Vierhuizen, near the old sea-dike of Lauwers sea. It's nestled in a beautiful rural setting, surrounded by trees and bushes. You can set up your tent, caravan, or camper on the spacious and sheltered sites. The campsite offers good sanitation facilities including toilets, hot showers, washbasins, and washing-up facilities. There's also a washer and dryer available. Electricity is provided at all times. For children, there's plenty of playground space with fun playing frames and a sand-pit. Pets are allowed, but must be kept on a lead. Despite having over 120 places, the campsite maintains a calm and relaxed atmosphere.

A section of the site is reserved for members of the national Stichting Natuurkampeerterreinen. With a special permit, you can access these facilities. The permit can be purchased at the organisation or at the campsite. Camping Lauwerszee is all about nature, peace, space, and friendliness. Come and experience it for yourself! Don't forget to try the delicious food at the cosy inn Het Lachende Paard. Whether it's breakfast, lunch, dinner, or just a drink, everything is possible.
