Camping Erden is a well-placed campsite by the Moselle river, close to Erden and Bernkastel-Kues in Rheinland-Pfalz. The area is known for its stunning Rhine and Moselle valleys. You can enjoy the river, passing boats, historic towns, grand castles, and numerous vineyards, wine tastings, and wine festivals. The campsite offers great views of the landscape, especially the vineyards across the river. The campsite is well-equipped. Seasonal pitches are right in front of you. Touring pitches are on a large field to the right, reachable via a paved road with a few trees. The grounds are well-maintained and offer a panoramic view almost everywhere.

The camping pitches are not marked but are numbered. They have a grass surface and offer enough space. The best spots are right by the Moselle river. The washrooms are clean, though not very modern. Dogs are welcome at Camping Erden, with a separate play and training field available. There's no swimming pool, but you can swim in the river. There's a restaurant with a conservatory for comfortable seating. The light menu offers good food. A small shop is in the reception building. For more supplies, visit Bernkastel.
