Our large garden (4,000 m2) is ready to welcome visitors, in a lush wooded setting. The plot is fully fenced and is accessible through an electric gate. There is an ideal parking space for a van or a small motorhome. Shops can be mounted in the plain and wooded garden, which has access to water. The playground will keep children entertained. We are located in the countryside, near the exit of the highway, between Joigny and Aillant sur Tholon. No neighbors, overlooking the nature and the singing of the birds in the background.
