Camping du Puy-en-Velay

Campsite Camping du Puy-en-Velay north of the charming old town of the same name in the south of the French Auvergne is perfect for a few interesting sightseeing days. High deciduous trees shade the pitches for campers and caravans on the small well-kept terrain. Overnight places are available outside the grounds. On hot summer days an outdoor swimming pool is reached after 3 km. Only a few minutes walk to a restaurant, as well as to a supermarket. The bread service in the morning is gladly accepted. Perfect for campers is also the complete VE station. The old town of Le Puy-en-Velay with its magnificent cathedral - a UNESCO World Heritage Site - and the statue Notre-Dame de la France, perched on a basalt dome, is quickly reached on foot.
