The campsite takes its name from the nearby Cascade des Baumes, a natural waterfall within walking distance, adding to the unique atmosphere of the site. Surrounded by the landscapes of the Parc naturel régional des Grands Causses, this campsite is an ideal base for exploring the Gorges du Tarn and the wider Aveyron region. The campsite is built on a steep terraced hillside overlooking the river, offering elevated views and privacy.

Due to the sloping terrain, access may be challenging for guests with reduced mobility; however, the team is available to discuss suitable arrangements. Guests can enjoy: - Heated Swimming Pool: Open from June to the end of September, 10:00 am – 7:00 pm (occasionally extended to 10:00 pm in the evening). - Paddling Pool: Outdoor paddling pool for young children. - River Access: Direct access to the Tarn, known for fishing and waterside relaxation. - Accommodation Options: Fully equipped chalets (with TV, washing machine, and deckchairs), available year-round. Mobile homes for 4, 5 or 6 guests, including recent models equipped with television. Canvas bungalows (without private sanitary facilities) for traditional camping lovers. Touring pitches for tents, caravans and motorhomes.
