About this campground
Inca Maya Museum & Campground is located in Gaeun-eup, Mungyeong-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do. It is about 26km from Mungyeong City Hall, and can be reached by car via Mungyeong-daero and Eunseong-ro. The travel time is about 30 minutes. The campground was created by remodeling a closed school. Of the two buildings that were used as classrooms, one operates as a museum, and the other as a guesthouse and cafe. The playground is used as a campground, and the tall trees stretching towards the sky provide natural shade, so even camping in the hot midsummer is not daunting. The campground has 23 general campsites made of grass.

There are no separate size restrictions for sites, so even large tents can be pitched without burden. Personal trailers and personal caravans are allowed, and pets are allowed for small dogs. Nearby the campground are famous tourist attractions such as Gyeonhwon Historic Site, Mungyeong Ecorala, and Gomosanseong Fortress. Various types of restaurants are thriving nearby, so you can also enjoy gastronomic delights.
