About this campground
Guchon Valley Campground is located at the foot of Jeonggaksan Mountain (860M above sea level) northwest of Pyochungsa Temple in Guchon-ri, Danjang-myeon, Miryang-si. The waters from Jeongseungdong to the north and Doraejae Valley combine to form a clear stream, and with a 25-year-old zelkova tree forest and nature in harmony, it is a quiet family resort famous as Miryang's best place for 'takjokcheo' (a place to dip one's feet in the valley water to escape the heat). The campground, which has crushed stone sites, is popular for its abundant natural shade provided by the surrounding trees. The spacious sites allow for easy tent setup.

There is a family resting area made of deck in the middle of the lush fringe tree forest, and lying on it feels like heaven, providing natural healing. All facilities are neatly organized, electricity is available, and RVs and caravans are allowed. Nearby are Cheonhwangsan Mountain (1189M above sea level) and Jeonggaksan Mountain (860M), known as the Alps of Yeongnam, where you can hike. In addition, you can stroll along the scenic 3km Jeongseunggol walking trail.
