About this campground
Our farm is located about 6 km away from the village of Marbach. From here you have a perfect view of the surrounding hills and the Schrattenfluh. The camp, located at 1160m above sea level, is on a gravel pitch in a pasture. The spot is on a bend, and the road is usually not heavily trafficked. On a few days a year, the hay ventilation might be running. Hiking route 65 passes by here. The spot is now suitable for motorhomes. It has been graveled (gravel pitch). The cows usually pass by the camp twice a day. Sometimes they graze near the spot. The spot is accessible via a well-maintained road. Drinking water is available in the barn 50 meters away.

Here you will also find the new toilet and shower (for an extra charge). They are in operation during the frost-free period, approximately May to mid-October. Hikers can take wonderful tours from here to Hohgant, Schrattenflueh, or Wachthubel. Or you can use the Marbachegg cable car for excursions. If interested, we offer insights into suckler cow farming. You can order Natura Beef meat directly from our farm.
